On December 12th, 2023, MSM officially successfully upgraded the DigiO system to the latest version: DigiO v4.5 - a specially optimized version for valued customers of TTC Agris. This isn't just a regular feature update, but a step toward innovation aimed at optimizing customer experience. Formulated based on feedback and contributions from the user community, this version promises to fully meet user needs, delivering optimal performance and management. Let's explore the UPGRADED features of DigiO v4.5 together with MSM:
Work schedule: Enables sharing of personal schedules, integrates the work schedule with meeting rooms, and automatically checks room availability to book if possible. Additionally, users can choose to receive or not receive email notifications when there are changes in their personal work schedule.
Tasks: The new version's Task feature includes: tracking and statistical analysis of tasks, linking tasks with meeting schedules and agendas, importing/exporting project structures, detailed project management, and automatically adjusting time based on task dependencies or independence from parent tasks.
Signature Workflow: The new Signature Workflow feature brings several notable improvements. Now, users can respond to previous comments, easily share and retract agendas. Printing agendas based on standardized templates or customized for each process is done flexibly. Marking seen or unseen statuses aids in efficient information management. The feature linking tasks and automatic rule application for handler delegation or time reduction in processing are integrated to optimize workflow. Embedding references within the process and adding supplements assist users in detailed and simplified task management. Enhancements in the creation form of new agendas and configuring mandatory input processes help optimize efficiency in daily agenda management.
Document: The new version offers user and group-based permission capabilities, keyword-based search, document download rights management, and statistics on directory and document access, including views and user access lists, as well as tracking the number of document downloads.
Meeting Rooms: Enables online meeting room reservations and links, as well as scheduling recurring weekly or monthly meetings. Additionally, you can create meeting minutes to jot down important content discussed during the meeting
Office Supplies: Expense tracking based on standards and actual costs per quarter. Additionally, the system allows registration and management of stocked office supplies, records the quantity proposed for items, and does not impose limits on any stocked office supply type.
Vehicle Dispatch: Allows canceling approved vouchers
Notifications: The new version allows creating notifications and linking them to agendas. Additionally, you can create notifications without going through an approval process, meaning you can issue them independently. Moreover, there's a feature for scheduling the release time of notifications, enabling pre-approval and timed release based on specific hours.
Leave Management: Allows registering group leaves and features group-based permissions for requesting group leaves. Additionally, you can configure the expiry of accumulated leave balances, adjust the usage timeframe for group leaves flexibly and conveniently.
Moreover, the new version also features creating and managing user groups for easy organization and administration of members within the groups. The system provides reports on system usage frequency, including the total number of employees accessing the system, total employee access per day, access statistics by device, and more.
